Davide Gianluca Vaccaro
Cultura Impact Lab
Davide Gianluca Vaccaro is the founder of Cultura Impact Lab, a think tank and idea incubator based in Brussels, at the heart of the European institutions, dedicated to the development of high-impact projects in the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI). The company was established with a clear mission: to nurture talent, provide strategic coaching, and transform ideas into concrete and sustainable European projects.
With a career that began in 2007, Davide is a senior EU project designer with nearly 20 years of experience in the design, management, and reporting of the entire EU funding cycle. Over the years, he has developed broad and in-depth expertise across a wide range of project types: international youth projects, European Voluntary Service, youth and cultural exchanges, ecological innovation, social and stakeholder dialogue, artistic and film co-productions, seminars, best-practice sharing, and the development of operational tools. He has worked with the main European funding programmes — Youth in Action, Erasmus+, Creative Europe, Horizon Europe, and the European Social Fund — and has extensive knowledge of the new Agora Europe programme.
His professional path in Italy saw him collaborate with organizations such as Vedogiovane, Nisimasa, and United Games of Nations, strengthening the foundations of an experience later expanded at the European level. For nearly 10 years in Brussels, he has operated in a strategic role in close cooperation with the European Commission and the European Parliament, as well as with major stakeholders in the cultural and creative sector, including the European Coordination of Independent Audiovisual Producers, Greenovate! Europe, International Federation of Actors, International Federation of Musicians, and International Federation of Film Producers Associations.
The privileged position of Cultura Impact Lab in the heart of Brussels ensures direct access to European institutions, with an active role also in policy advice and political dialogue processes — a feature that makes it a key point of reference for anyone seeking to develop projects with real impact in the cultural and creative industries.
He is also a member of the Entertainment & Culture for Climate Action (ECCA) Film & Television Alliance, convened by the United Nations, confirming his commitment to environmental sustainability as well as diversity and inclusion policies.
